I blame fast food addiction for my weight gain in the past (gasp) 12-13 years. My weight has been stable in the past 2 years when I’ve cut down on the fast food, but such a difficult thing to lose!

The gist is that I struggled with fast food while I was commuting. Eventually ended up doing mini-meals. I’ll have to tell you about it sometime.
