And your blog post reminds me of a songs I posted a few weeks back, called “Better than a Hallelujah”. That song talks about how God loves us being real, honest and vulnerable with Him, better than the lip-service of a ‘hallelujah’. The chorus is:

We pour out our miseries
God just hears a melody
Beautiful the mess we are
The honest cries of breaking hearts
Are better than a Hallelujah.

I’m sorry the last six months were so hard, but God never wastes an experience! Run to Him, and not to people – He is much more reliable! (=
